I Can Only Imagine

Written by Burt Millard, the lead singer of the band MercyMe, “I Can Only Imagine” is the most played contemporary Christian song of all time. A complex father-son relationship, the film tells Burt’s true story of losing his father at the age of 18, which led to writing the chart topping, multi platinum song that brought hope to so many with its message of ultimate forgiveness.

Starring newcomer J. Michael Finley, Dennis Quaid, and Cloris Leachman, the film is led by directors Jon and Andrew Irwin, a directing team focused on developing unique stories of redemption, faith, and the triumph of the human spirit.
