Rampage

Primatologist Davis Okoye rescues silverback gorilla, George, as a baby and the two form a years-long unshakable bond. When George is accidentally exposed to a genetic experiment gone wrong, Davis sets out to rescue his friend from the scientists that would exploit him. As George and the other animals used in the experiment continue to grow and destroy large swaths of America, Davis teams up with a discredited genetic scientist to avoid catastrophe and save the world from the animal that was once his closest friend.

Starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the film is directed by Brad Peyton. This is the duos third collaboration after San Andreas (2015) and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012). Giant creatures + The Rock means that big meets bigger.
