Skyscraper

American military veteran and FBI Hostage negotiator, Will Sawyer, is the new head of security, and resident, in the “safest building in the world,” called “The Pearl” in Hong Kong. When the building comes under attack, Sawyer finds himself framed for the terrorist plot and his family trapped in a towering inferno. A father, a soldier, a wanted man, and an amputee, he has to fight his way into the building to save everything he loves.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson returns to the big screen after his highly lauded performance in Jumanji earlier this year. He is joined by Neve Campbell (best known for her work in the Scream franchise). Written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber (Easy A), the film harkens back to the grizzled cop with a family to save vibe of Die Hard.
