The Curse of La Llorona

A social worker ignores the warning of a mother suspected of child endangerment and becomes drawn into a supernatural realm that threatens her own children. Their only chance of survival may be the help of priest who practices a form of mysticism that can keep evil at bay.

Based on a Mexican folktale about a woman who drowns her children in a river and then cries for their return, the film is part of the Conjuring universe. It stars Linda Cardellini (Avengers: Age of Ultron), Patricia Velasquez (The Mummy), Tony Amendola (Annabelle), and Marisol Ramirez as La Llorona. She wants your children.
