After a narrow escape from an avalanche while on a ski vacation, a family re-evaluates how they feel about each other and their own lives. When patriarch, Pete, grabs his phone and leaves his family during the snowy scare, his wife, Billie, begins to question his dedication, loyalty, and love. Each goes on a personal journey to re-discover their priorities.
Starring Will Ferrell and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, the film, directed by Nat Faxom and Jim Rash (The Way, Way Back), was an official Sundance Film Festival selection. This is a different kind of disaster movie.
